The delivery person drive his route to drop off all packages. With the Track and Trace you can see approximately what time the delivery person will be with you.
What does 'Delivery is delayed' mean?
Something went wrong as a result of which PostNL the shipment is not according to plan could deliver. This very occasionally happens during unexpectedly large crowds.
Pick up your package at PostNL point.
Nobody at home? Then PostNL will bring your package to a PostNL point in your area. They will of course leave you a ticket. With the Track and Trace you can see where you can pick up your package. Bring your ID with you!
Lost track & trace code or never received it?
Send an email to Customer Service@snacksexpress.nl with your first name and email. We will resend the Track and Trace.
Has your package received the status 'Delivered' and nothing?
Then the package has probably been delivered to the neighbors. In that case, the postman leaves a card stating the address to which the package has been delivered. It is also possible that a housemate has accepted your package.
Isn't this the case? Send an email to customerservice@snacksexpressnl and we will initiate an investigation which may take 1 to 5 business days. PostNL will be addressed about this and will consult with the deliverer of the package.
